Gelo played a big part in the RTU Table Tennis Team as an incredible sparring partner and training buddy. Whenever he was around, training sessions were always engaging and fun.

RTU delivered an impressive performance at the Aluf Inaugural Table Tennis Cup, highlighted by Karl Lagan’s outstanding 3rd Place finish in the Open Mixed Singles Event.

In the team competition, the RTU Men’s A Team secured 4th Place, while the RTU Women’s Team advanced to the Quarterfinals. The RTU Men’s B Team also proudly represented the university, demonstrating determination and sportsmanship.

Special thanks to Coach Kevin Olivo for his guidance and leadership, as well as to Mr. Norie Esguerra and Spin Buddies Triple A (Argel, Allan, and AJ) for their support and encouragement throughout the tournament.

Congratulations to Team RTU / Spin Buddies for an outstanding performance, securing the 1st Runner-Up title in the Spin Buddies Active Tournament.
