It was great to see so many new ladies joining the tournament and making it such a fun and memorable day. Although I didn't make it to the finals, I'm happy with the performance I gave. I gave it my all, learned a lot, and most importantly, I truly enjoyed every match.

Achilles Miranda

Twelve years old.

Round of 32 at the Asian Pool Championship in Vietnam.

One match from the Top 16.

Most players never see that stage in their entire career. Achilles "Aki" Miranda got there while he's still in the 8th grade.

He came up through Wilde Blu Juniors, one of the most respected junior programs in the country. The backbone of that program is The AnitoKid of Billiards, whose commitment to developing young players has helped shape the next generation of Philippine pool.

When Hustlers Grind Juniors was just an idea, WBJ stood behind us before we had a name to stand behind.

Now it's our turn.

WBJ never asked us for anything. We simply saw where we could step up, and we took it.

Aki is being outfitted with J. Pechauer Custom Cues. More than 63 years of American Heritage and Craftsmanship, now in the hands of a 12-year-old who has already proven he belongs on one of the biggest stages in the sport.

Aki closes out our SY 2026–2027 signing class.

A memorable tournament as we not only got to compete but also celebrate the 1st anniversary of Norpil Billiards! Although I didn't place, I'm happy with the game I brought to the table. There are still a lot of things to improve, but every match was a learning experience that will help me grow.

Congratulations to my teammate Sandy " Little Ms. Suave " Sta. Maria for winning our division—well deserved, champ! 🏆 And congratulations as well to Alliah Beatrize Alfafara for finishing as a Quarterfinalist in the Advanced Division. Proud of you both! ❤️
