Abakada Foundation - Abakadang Kayumanggi Community Development Foundation

Abakadang Kayumanggi Learning Center is an Educate and Feed the Children Bayanihan Mission Program of AKCDF for the advancement of an inclusive quality education with daily school-based feeding for every child.

The program advocates the " Punlang Edukasyon na Maka- Diyos, Makatao, at Maka-Kalikasan Para sa Mga Bata."

Thankful for God's blessings of holding a successful Abakadang Kayumanggi Community Development Foundation ( AKCDF) Parents Orientation Day last June 6, 2026 for its Preschool Program beneficiaries for SY 2026-2027.

AKCDF' s Abakadang Kayumanggi Learning Center advances an inclusive quality education with daily school-based feeding program for all children ages 3- 5 years old.

It is a DepEd Recognized Preschool. No tuition fee are being paid by children' s families. However a socialized student contribution according to the family' s economic status are paid to cover the hidden cost of education which includes workbooks, school uniforms and daily school food.

Underserved children of poor families with no regular work and income do not pay any student contribution. They are fully subsidized by AKCDF and its Educate and Feed the Children Bayanihan Mission Partners.

Parents of underserved children beneficiaries are encouraged to render an eigthy (80) hours annual volunteer work, attend parent education seminars and at least 8 sessions of bible study as part of their responsible parenting training and participation in the program If their underserved child finishes the entire school year and parent's responsibly accomplished their participation in the program, a two thousand pesos ( Php 2, 000.00) support will be given to the family to support the continuing education of their children in the month of June.

Abakadang Kayumanggi Community Development Foundation ( AKCDF) is thankful for being blessed with Godsent United Church of Christ of the Philippines NCUC volunteers who holds a regular Bible Study Ministry every Saturdays ( 2- 3PM) for children, youth and adult and Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Parish Church volunteers who holds a regular Children Cathecism Ministry every Sundays ( 4- 6PM).

Truly God is good for making AKCDF an education and community development center providing education and skills for life trainings from Monday to Friday and becoming an ecumenical house of praise and worship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The teachers are under the supervision of Ms Amy Galang, former Principal of La Salle Greenhills who acts as volunteer academic program director of ABAKADA Foundation' s Educate and Feed the Children Program.

The harvest field is wide and plentiful but the laborers are few ( Matthew 9: 37).
