So yesterday at Mood Up Studio, before the session, I was asked if I ever dance daw… I haven’t really thought about it until yesterday!!
Last time na nagaral ako sumayaw was about 19 years ago at dahil kelangan pa para sa company presentation. Hirap na hirap ako sumunod at magmemorize ng steps kahapon NKKLK 😂🤭 1 hour palng hindi ko na maitaas ang paa ko na panay kanan pag sinabing kaliwa!!! Sabi nga ni tutoy, ang bagal na daw ng paa ko. Paano ta naman, sa mga bar, katawan lang naindayog. Mas bet ko to kesa Zumba kasi at the end of the session, may natutunan kang bagong sayawin na kanta.
Highly recommended para sa mga work from home na nakaupo 8-10hrs per day! For sure pagpapawisan kayo while having fun 💯💯💯
Also, maganda sana family activity kung hindi lang tamad mgsisayaw areng magaama ko.
Anyway, Lunes nanaman. Balik nanaman tayo sa stationary lifestyle. Have a productive work week mga Bayaning Puyat na Alipin ng Dollars pero hindi magaling mag-English!!!
