Due to the unpredictable weather and the recent rains, SPH will be taking a short break while we clean and prepare the courts and surrounding areas.

We want to make sure everything is clean, safe, and ready before we resume operations.

We’ll announce here once the courts are ready and we’re open again.

📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT | UPDATED SPH WEATHER POLICY 🌧️🏓

To our valued Solaris Pickle Hub players,

As the rainy season continues, we've updated our Weather Policy to ensure a fair and consistent experience for everyone while prioritizing the safety of our players.

Effective immediately, the following policy will apply during all SPH Open Play sessions:

🌧️ SPH WEATHER POLICY

⏳ Rain Delay
If rain interrupts play, all players are requested to remain at the venue and wait for up to 30 minutes while SPH monitors the weather and court conditions.

If the weather improves and the courts become safe within the waiting period, play will resume and the session will continue.

🚫 Official Suspension of Play
If the courts remain unsafe after the 30-minute waiting period, SPH Management will make the final decision whether to suspend the session.

Please note: Players who voluntarily leave before an official suspension is announced will not be eligible for any weather compensation.

🎟️ Open Play Credit
If SPH officially suspends the session due to weather, Open Play Credits will be issued based on the actual playing time completed:

🏓 Less than 1 hour played – 100% Open Play Credit

🏓 1 to less than 2 hours played – 75% Open Play Credit

🏓 2 to less than 3 hours played – 50% Open Play Credit

🏓 3 hours or more played – Session is considered completed. No credit will be issued.

📌 Terms & Conditions

• Open Play Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Credits may only be used for future SPH Open Play sessions, subject to slot availability.
• Credits must be redeemed within the validity period set by SPH.
• SPH Management reserves the right to assess weather and court conditions and make the final decision regarding play suspension.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These guidelines help us balance player safety with fairness to everyone in our growing pickleball community.
