As part of our program, we believe that an athlete’s mental health is just as important as physical strength. True preparation goes beyond training the body, it also means building a strong, focused, and confident mindset.
Under the guidance of our Sports Science Coach, Sir Jlac, our CDLB varsities continue to develop mental toughness, discipline, emotional balance, and the right mindset needed both inside and outside the court.

By preparing our athletes mentally, we help them face pressure, challenges, and competition with confidence and resilience. Because great athletes are not only physically prepared. They are mentally strong as well.
