Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform everyone that due to the ongoing rotational brownouts and scheduled power interruptions being implemented by electric service providers such as Visayan Electric (VECO) and LEYECO, our production operations may experience temporary interruptions.
As most of our production equipment including our Sublimation printers, heat press machines, computers, cutting equipment, and other machinery requires a stable power supply, these interruptions may affect our normal production capacity and lead time.
Because of this, some orders may require additional production time beyond the original estimated completion date.
Please be assured that Altees Digital Printing Services is doing its best to maximize production whenever power is available and to complete all pending orders as quickly as possible. Our team will continue working diligently to minimize delays while maintaining the quality of every order.
We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding, as these power interruptions are beyond our control.
For customers with upcoming events or specific deadlines, we strongly encourage placing orders as early as possible and allowing extra time for production.
