Session 3 turned the focus to one of the coach’s most important responsibilities. Preparing athletes for the demands of competition.

Effective fight preparation goes beyond pushing an athlete harder. It requires understanding how training should progress, when to build, when to sharpen and when to bring an athlete to peak condition.

Through the 3 phases of fight training preparation, coaches examined how structured preparation can shape an athlete’s readiness and performance when it matters most.

Because on fight night, there is no room for guesswork. Every round reflects the work, decisions and preparation that came before it.
