BAGYONG ‘KIYAPO,’ LUMAKAS PA SA TYPHOON CATEGORY ‼️

Lumakas pa ang TYPHOON category ang bagyong 'KIYAPO' habang kumikilos palabas na ng bansa, ayon sa 4:00 a.m. tropical cyclone bulletin ng DOST-PAGASA.

Huli itong namataan sa layong 285 km Kanluran ng Basco, Batanes.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hanging hanggang 120 km/h at bugsong aabot sa 150 km/h. Kumikilos ang bagyo pa-west westward sa bilis na 25 km/h.

Inaasahan na lalabas na ngayong umaga ang bgayo sa Philippine Area of Responsibility pero patuloy pa rin nito hinahatak ang southwest monsoon o habagat na siyang nagpapaulan na ngayon sa western section ng bansa.
