Here's what you get:
• A spot for your team
• An upper jersey

Just a heads-up on the rules:

You can only have 15 players on your team.
Once you hand in your roster, that's it—no swapping players.
There's no age limit, so everyone's welcome!
Teams need to turn in their lineup, along with a photocopy of a valid ID for each player, all tucked into a brown envelope.

And for the winners, here's what's up for grabs:

CHAMPION - You'll snag some CASH, a CHAMP JERSEY, a TROPHY, and a little something extra (it's a surprise!).
RUNNER UP - You'll get some CASH and a TROPHY.
MVP - You'll walk away with some CASH, a MEDAL, and another cool surprise!
MYTHICAL FIVE - You'll each get a MEDAL.
How the games will go down:
If there are 8 teams, it's a Single Elimination (TOP 4) format.
If we have 10 to 12 teams, we'll set up a Bracketing system.
