Today, we had an unfair experience.
I had an order for a product from Shopee, so I packaged it as they always do and sent it for delivery, but the product the customer received was not in the condition I had sent. I apologized to the customer and immediately informed them to request a return. And when I received the product, it was wrapped in strange plastic wrap and smelled foul inside. We thought there must have been an accident during delivery. We immediately contacted Shopee, and I regret their response, even though i sent all the requirements. I feel like they are AI and have no emotions. Of course, I think we should refund the customer who made the purchase. However, I am also their customer. I receive 3 to 5 orders per month from Shopee. I am always satisfied with this and thank you.However, the number of times I make purchases on Shopee in a month is countless. From my own experience, it seems that Shopee sellers are working hard in their sales, even though they must have many difficulties. I support them. Don't forget, I and other sellers are your customers as well. Please listen to our story and show interest. I hope that in the distant future, I will make a lot of money at Shopee and tell my son that the reason we can live happily is because they help us.
