The Imus Eagle Taekwondo Club proudly celebrates another milestone at the 2026 PTA Manila Age Group Taekwondo Championships!
Our Poomsae Team delivered an outstanding performance, with almost every athlete who competed in Poomsae bringing home a Gold Medal, earning our team the 1st Runner-Up Overall in Poomsae despite having fewer than 15 athletes representing our club. This achievement proves that dedication, quality training, and perseverance can stand shoulder to shoulder with even the largest teams.

Our Kyorugi (Sparring) athletes also exceeded expectations. Many of them were first-time competitors, with several being newly promoted students stepping onto the competition mats for the very first time. Despite their limited competition experience, they competed with courage, determination, and confidence, bringing home multiple Gold Medals and making us incredibly proud.

This success is not measured solely by medals, but by the growth, discipline, and heart shown by every athlete. Every match, every performance, and every challenge became another step toward becoming stronger martial artists and better individuals.

Last Sunday at the **2026 SMART/MVP Sports Foundation National New Face of the Year Taekwondo Competition** held at Ninoy Aquino Stadium, our athletes proved that greatness is not measured by how long you've trained, but by how much heart you bring into the arena.

Among thousands of competitors from all over the Philippines, our Imus Eagle Hands Taekwondo Team proudly brought home Gold and Silver medals, while several of our athletes fought their way into the Top 10 of this prestigious national event. 🥇🥈🏅

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that some of these medalists have been training for only a month, while others stepped onto the national stage just a day after earning their new belt rank through our promotion examination. Yet they stood shoulder to shoulder with experienced competitors and demonstrated the true spirit of a champion.

As a coach, I could not be prouder. These results are a testament to your courage, dedication, discipline, and willingness to challenge yourselves beyond your limits.
