Deftac Eastwood × Iloilo × Marikina 🥋
I am where I am today because of the people God placed in my life, Prof. Richard, Coach Lester, and Chief Alvin Aguilar.
They are more than just my mentors, coaches, and teammates. Over the years, they became my friends, brothers, and family.
We’ve been through similar struggles. We’ve faced challenges, doubters, and people who didn’t believe in us. But through it all, we learned to get back up, stay humble, and stay the course.
Looking back, I realize that the journey was never meant to be walked alone. God used these men to teach me, guide me, correct me, and help shape the person and coach I am today.
To Prof. Richard Lasprilla, Coach Lester Del Rosario, and Chief Alvin Aguilar thank you for the mentorship, friendship, trust, and brotherhood. I may never be able to repay everything you have done for me, but I will always carry your lessons with me and pass them on to the next generation.

As a Christian business owner and head coach, moments like this truly warm my heart.
The people in this photo are leaders in their respective industries, successful not only because of what they have achieved, but because of the loyalty, integrity, humility, and good heart they carry.
For me, true leadership is not just about being at the top. It’s about how you treat people, how you keep your word, and how you use your influence to make others better.
The Bible reminds us:

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
— Proverbs 16:3
I’m grateful for the opportunity to know, learn from, and train alongside people who value character as much as achievement.
