We are officially halfway through the year! ๐ฅน
Take a second to look back at the version of yourself that decided to startโwhether that was six months ago, or just two weeks ago. Think about the goals you set, the doubts you may have carried, or the mornings you really didn't want to show up but did anyway.
Itโs easy to get so caught up in the daily routine that you forget to look at the bigger picture. We often think progress has to be loud like a big PR, a perfect streak, or a dramatic change.
But real progress is usually quiet.
โขItโs the way a weight that used to terrify you now just feels like part of the warm-up.
โขItโs shaving off a few seconds from your pacing, or finding the rhythm to run that extra kilometer without stopping.
โขItโs the resilience you built on the days you felt overwhelmed with work but still chose to carve out one hour for yourself.
โขItโs realizing that even when the progress feels slow, moving forward at any pace is still moving forward.
โขItโs the consistency of building a habit, week after week, day after day, until it simply became who you are.
โขItโs the small, daily wins that you didnโt even realize were adding up.
You are entirely different from when you started. The progress isn't just on the whiteboardโit's in your mindset, and every single bit of effort has added up.
The first half of the year was about putting in The Work. The second half is where we trust The Progress.

CrossFit is pushing the limits with heavy overhead work and high-skill gymnastics, while Hyrox focuses on high-volume engine conditioning to test your structural power.

But we are manifesting clear skies this coming Sunday! No registration, no bookingโjust a very slow, easy-paced run to kick off your Sunday with minimal suffering guaranteed.

Big thanks to JCI Iloilo Ilang-Ilang and everyone who came through to sweat and hang out, you guys made the whole afternoon and evening.
