Qualifications

* Male, 30–45 years old
* College level or Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Experience in car washing and auto detailing
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
* Comfortable with email communication
* Experience in sales and customer service
* Experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)

Job Responsibilities

As the Shop Manager, you will:

* Answer phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries
* Assist walk-in customers
* Supervise and assist the washing and detailing team as needed
* Perform quality control and inspect completed services
* Handle administrative tasks, including filing receipts and documents
* Manage cash and check transactions
* Prepare service estimates and quotations for detailing services

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

* Self-motivated and proactive
* Able to work independently and take initiative during downtime
* Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented
