The CCS Student Council recently convened to finalize critical transition and event logistics, beginning with aligning Alay sa Graduates plans for a budget-friendly casual party, scheduling the Araw ng Parangal between July 12 and pre-commencement, and setting a Saturday deadline for committee backlog liquidations.

The council is moving forward with Resolution No. 51 via a secure Facebook group for announcements, slating Palakasan liabilities payment collection for June 25–30, and mapping out Internal Rules and Procedures (IRP) restructuring.

To maintain organizational stability, BM Jovie Macalolo-oy (Acting Chief Executive Officer), BM Meg Raziel Daling (Acting Legislative OIC), and new committee OICs have been appointed for proper continuity of operations, while the conduct of a Special Elections were discussed.

Finally, preliminary brainstorming for Welcoming Week 2026 themes is underway, alongside the announcement of the SC office relocation to the 4th floor this month.

The CCS Legislative Body convened for its 15th meeting on May 9, 2026, officially approving Resolution No. 50 (integrating tutoring sessions and council funding for Wolves’ Den 2.0) and Resolution No. 51 (establishing a secure Facebook group and Google Form feedback mechanism for students). The council also conducted a transparent Post-Palakasan evaluation to address operational lapses for future leadership growth, and initiated preliminary talks for the Alay Sa Graduates project with medal funding secured through the Dean’s Office.

📜𝟏𝟔𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆

The CCS Legislative Body convened for its 16th session on MAY 30, 2026, majorly voting 6–4 to completely lift all student liabilities and sanctions for Pasundayag 2026 to ease financial burdens, with a formal resolution to be drafted next session. The council also initiated plans for the upcoming CCS-SC Special Elections (A.Y. 2026-2027) to fill seven vacant Board Member slots; Governor Lluch emphasized maintaining strict neutrality while coordinating official campaigns and the miting de avance with COMELEC and the OSDS. Agenda items for Pasundayag 2027 were tabled due to absences, and the meeting concluded with the formal adoption of all approved matters.

The CCS Legislative Body convened for its 17th session on June 5, 2026, officially passing a resolution to abolish the liability policy for unexcused absences during Pasundayag 2026 to lift student burdens. To ensure smooth governance as elected officers graduate, the body unanimously appointed BM Macalolo-oy as Acting Governor and BM Daling as Acting Vice Governor, alongside designating new OICs for the BUFI, STRAW, and IDEAS committees. Additionally, the council addressed crucial transition logistics, including an upcoming Withdrawal Resolution to secure fund access for Welcoming Week, while tabling The Motherboard’s financial matters until a formal agreement is reviewed next session.

The Office of the Governor officially releases 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟭𝟯, designating transitional officers and functional assignments within the CCS Student Council. As several incumbent officers prepare for graduation, these transition measures are instituted to maintain uninterrupted council operations, event preparations, committee tasks, and administrative functions. 💼
