Buru-buru in the modern era continues to embody the identity of Brgy. Buru-un, a place whose name is inspired by the graceful and beautiful buru-buru bird. Much like its namesake, the barangay reflects natural charm, through its flowing waters, breathtaking landscapes, and the warmth of its people.

In the realm of pageantry, Miss Buru-un 2026 stands as a celebration of the true essence of a Buru-unon woman. It highlights a kind of beauty that is not forced nor overly embellished, but one that is grounded in authenticity. The candidates represent a refreshing standard, simple, refined, and effortlessly captivating.

In a time where pageantry can sometimes lean toward extravagance and heavy conceptualization, Miss Buru-un embraces a different narrative. Ani-a na ang Calendar of Activities sa Daro Festival 2026—usa ka makalingaw ug puno sa kahulugan nga selebrasyon agig pasidungog sa atong patron, si Señor San Isidro Labrador, ang simbolo sa maayong ani ug panalangin. 🌾

Ubos sa liderato ni Punong Barangay Marianita Nenet B. Paradela ug SK Chairperson Karl V. Lacida, giandam ang nagkadaiyang kalihokan sama sa street dancing kompetisyon, sports, cultural presentations, ug mga kalihokan nga magpakita sa atong kultura, panaghiusa, ug kadasig.

Dili lang kini pista, kundili usa ka selebrasyon sa pagtuo, tradisyon, ug kusog sa komunidad. Apil na ug saksihi ang kasadya—kay sa Daro Festival, manuroy ta, suroy ta sa Buru-un isaulog ta! 🎊
