BAYVIEW PICKLEBALL COURT LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1️⃣Loyalty card is valid for court bookings only.
2️⃣5 completed bookings = 50% OFF on 1 hour of court booking.
3️⃣10 completed bookings = 1 HOUR FREE court booking.
4️⃣Only 1 reward may be redeemed per booking.
5️⃣Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6️⃣One loyalty card per player. Lost or damaged cards will not be
replaced.
7️⃣All bookings must be properly recorded and verified by Bayview Pickleball Club.
8️⃣Discounts and free bookings are subject to court availability.
9️⃣Bayview Pickleball Club reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program with prior notice.
