The BCSI Sports Club headed by the 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝗝𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹, together with his fellow officers 𝗝𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻 and 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀 attended the BCSI Leadership training with a theme: “𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒖𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆” that provides them with valuable insights into effective communication and interpersonal skills.

As one of the officers of the club mentioned through their interactive sessions, they learn to inspire and motivate their teams, fostering a positive work environment, practical exercises and case studies offer hands-on experience. The opportunities was worth a while with their fellow attendees can lead to valuable connections as they shared each others experiences. Overall, the training equips the officers with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in leadership roles.
