Thank you to everyone who joined our Free Learn-to-Swim Program. Seeing so many children learn basic swimming and water safety made it all worthwhile.

This program is made possible through the collaboration of the Negros Blue Dolphins, the Office of the Governor of Negros Oriental, and NOSDEP, in support of the Drown-Free Philippines campaign.
