We urged everyone to keep safe and be extra careful when traveling, road conditions are still NOT favorable!

For customers and members visiting the gym today, please consider bringing extra footwear such as rain boots, slippers or crocs. We will allow such footwear today in consideration of the flooding.

We will be closing at an earlier time today! As of 6pm today we are closed till further notice.

Due to extreme rain and rising flood waters we are forced to closed, this is for the safety of our members and customers. We urged everyone to stay safe and be prepared!
