AIA 7S Football League Davao Season 4 kicks off at Azuela Cove

Football is back at the Azuela Cove football grounds as the AIA 7S Football League Davao Season 4 gets going on May 7.
According to League coordinator Buboy Arrieta, there will be the Boys Under 15 and Boy Under 20 categories which are to be played on four Saturdays of the month of May.
What will serve as the highlight for Season 4 will be the Men’s Open category which will feature the city’s first-ever Alumni 40s. Seasoned players from Ateneo de Davao University, University of Mindanao, Holy Cross of Davao College and Chong Hua High School (former Chinese Central HS) are to suit up every Sundays.
“What we want for the league is to be aggressively open for football to continue to grow. We will try to reach other Mindanao key cities when all is back to the new normal. We are eyeing three more key cities to join us. We invite everybody to come and spend their weekends with us at Azuela Cove football field starting this Saturday until the last Sunday of May. Food, music, chill drinks will be served by food truck specialist CR7 Foodtruck parked beside Azuela Cove basketball court. We would also like to announce that all sports facilities are ready for rental just visit us at Azuela Cove Sports hub,” Arrieta said. (Jon Develos)
