June 04-05 (Thur-Fri) | 9PM – 9AM
Deadline of Registration: June 04 ,11AM (MNL TIME)

GUIDELINES:
• Open to all VXI DVRob employees and outsiders.
• Vendors must display merchandise only within they allotted space.
• Vendors are encouraged to keep their space attractive during Bazaar hours. They are also required to clean up their space after the Bazaar closes, including removal of garbage and sweeping up any debris.
• Bring your own extension wires.
• Bringing of cooking equipment with power requirements is limited up to two only. Not allowed: electric stove, griller, fryer, refrigerator, hot plate, rice cooker.
• The booth can be operated by any outside personnel or volunteers over the age of 16 and must remain in the booth in the entire time the Bazaar is open.
• Alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beer and wine, ci******es and the likes are not allowed.
• The company cannot be responsible for product sales and cannot guarantee any minimum. Vendors are responsible for the security of all products and money collected.
• The company is not responsible for any loss or damage. The bazaar manager reserves the right to refuse or terminate any vendor who does not comply with the above guidelines.
