Facebook Memories have a beautiful way of reminding us how far we’ve come. 💚
Long before we became a Yoga community, we were a Zumba family—moving to the rhythm, sharing smiles, celebrating every small victory, and building friendships that would stand the test of time.
Looking back, we realize it was never just about the exercise. It was always about the people, the connections, and the joy of showing up for one another. Those moments became the foundation of the community we cherish today.
As our journey evolved from dance to mindful movement, our hearts remained the same—welcoming, encouraging, and growing together. To everyone who has been part of our story, whether from our Zumba days or our yoga journey, thank you for walking this path with us.
Same place with familiar faces.
Every memory is a reminder of our beautiful beginnings.
Here is to the past that shaped us,
the present that grounds us,
and the future we continue
to create together.
With gratitude, always. 🙏
As we complete our journey through the 7 chakras, we arrive at the Crown Chakra. Through our yoga practice, we quiet the noise of the mind and create space for stillness. When the Crown Chakra is balanced, it brings healing through inner peace, mental clarity, trust, compassion, and a profound sense of connection to something greater than ourselves.
But yoga does not end when we roll up our mats.
The true essence of yoga is union — bringing our practice into the world through kindness, service, and love. As we dedicate this practice to our Karma Yoga beneficiary, the elders at the Missionaries of Charity, we honor the wisdom carried by those who came before us. May our movement become prayer, our breath become gratitude, and our service become love in action.
May we carry the light awakened on our mats into the hearts of others.Because healing is most powerful when shared.

Day 7 of our International Yoga Celebration brought us to the highest energy center—the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)-located at the crown of the head, and the center of spiritual connection, enlightenment, wisdom, and higher consciousness. It reminds us that we are deeply connected—not only to ourselves, but also to the universe and the divine energy around us.
As we conclude our 7-day chakra journey, may we carry with us the wisdom, healing, and light we have awakened on the mat. May we continue to live with open hearts, clear minds, and souls connected to something greater than ourselves.
Thank you Teacher Kenshia for patiently expounding us the different chakras and guiding us through this beautiful and uplifting practice.
With every breath and every movement synchronized to the rhythm, we practiced stillness within motion, allowing the mind to quiet and the heart to listen. This practice helps improve focus, mental clarity, balance, self-awareness, and deeper intuition, guiding us to trust the wisdom that already lives within.
As we moved to Rihanna’s song 🎶 “Lift Me Up,” its message beautifully echoed our practice—to lift one another. The song became a prayer, a surrender, and a reminder that even in moments of uncertainty, grace can carry us higher.
“Lift me up… hold me down…”—a call to feel supported while rising into our highest awareness.
May this practice help us see clearly, trust deeply, and move through life guided by inner light.
