These projects, which serve as the final requirement for Culinary Immersion 1 and 2, demonstrate not just technical mastery but also a profound understanding of cultural history, sustainability, and international culinary viewpoints.
Every idea showed how the students might turn ideas into workable, commercially viable items based on creativity and research.
