Following the successful defense of their food product research, our 1st Year and 2nd Year Bachelor of Science in International Culinary Management students proudly presented their innovative culinary creations inspired by the rich flavors and traditions of Vietnam and Palawan.

Each dish reflects the students' creativity, research, and practical skills, showcasing how cultural inspiration can be transformed into market-ready culinary products.

ICHEF proudly highlights the successful defense of our 1st year and 2nd year Culinary Management students of their creative food product research, which was influenced by the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam and Palawan.

These projects, which serve as the final requirement for Culinary Immersion 1 and 2, demonstrate not just technical mastery but also a profound understanding of cultural history, sustainability, and international culinary viewpoints.

Every idea showed how the students might turn ideas into workable, commercially viable items based on creativity and research.

This achievement demonstrates ICHEF's dedication to producing future culinary professionals and entrepreneurs with creative thinking, industry-relevant abilities, and a solid foundation in both regional and global cuisine.
