Unang una sa first of all.. Wala akong napansin sa video ko na sinabe or pinapakita kong ako ang pinaka gwapo at pinaka magandang katawan na coach sa Universe..

Pangalawa hindi yun ang intensyon ng mga content ko at ng mga videos ko para makipag patagisan ng kagwapuhan at pumflex flex lang for the views and followers para masabeng coach ako.

Pangatlo G_g_ ka ba??!

Kung ang hanap mo sa coach ay cute at may abs, choice mo 'yan. Pero ang role ko bilang coach ay hindi maging model.. ang role ko ay magturo, mag-program ng training, mag-correct ng technique, at gumamit ng evidence-based methods para umusad ang client ko.

Sa sports science at coaching, Ang effectiveness ng coach ay hindi sinusukat sa itsura, kundi sa knowledge, communication, at resulta ng mga tinuturuan niya.

Walang pumipigil sa'yo pumili ng coach na gusto mo.

Ako naman, hindi ako nandito para magustuhan ng lahat. Nandito ako para magturo at tumulong sa mga gustong matuto at mag-progress.

Nagkakamali k ng sinusundan at pinapanood kung gusto mo ng malaking masel at pogi.. Wala akong magagawa kundi mo ako type..

Lungkot na lungkot ako ngayon. Sa totoo lang kasi mahalaga ka sakin Santiago, so ngayon I will travel muna para mahanap ko ang pakialam ko sa feelings mo..

Romanian Deadlift (RDL): One of the best exercises for glutes and hamstrings—when done correctly.

Maraming gumagawa ng RDL, pero madalas ang mali ay ginagawa itong squat imbes na hip hinge.

Sa RDL, ang goal ay itulak ang balakang paatras (hip hinge) habang pinapanatiling neutral ang spine at bahagyang nakabaluktot ang tuhod. Ito ang nagbibigay ng malaking stretch sa gluteus maximus at hamstrings, na mahalaga para sa muscle growth at strength.

Key cues:
✅ Push your hips back.
✅ Keep the barbell close to your legs.
✅ Maintain a neutral spine.
✅ Feel the stretch in your hamstrings.
✅ Stand up by driving your hips forward and squeezing your glutes.

Hindi kailangang ibaba ang bar hanggang sahig. Ang tamang range of motion ay hanggang sa kaya mong mapanatili ang neutral spine at tension sa glutes at hamstrings.

Deadlifts are a tool—not a requirement.

Hindi kailangan ng lahat ng nagwo-workout na mag-deadlift. Kung ang goal mo ay muscle growth, fat loss, o general fitness, maraming ibang exercises ang kayang magbigay ng katulad na stimulus.

Pero para sa ilang clients, ang deadlift ay may mahalagang purpose.
Kapag ang goal ay improve strength, posterior chain development, lifting capacity, at overall conditioning, ang deadlift ay isa sa pinakaepektibong compound exercises.

Tinuturuan nito ang katawan na mag-produce ng malaking puwersa gamit ang glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors, at core habang pinapabuti ang hip hinge movement pattern.

Ang pinakamahalaga ay exercise selection should match the individual's goal, experience, injury history, at movement quality. Hindi dahil uso ang isang exercise ay kailangan na itong gawin ng lahat.
Train with purpose, not because of trends.

Pwede bang magkaroon ng abs at lumaki ang glutes nang sabay?

Marami ang naniniwala na kailangan mong mag-calorie surplus para mag-build ng muscle at calorie deficit naman para mag-lose ng fat. Pero ipinapakita ng research na sa tamang sitwasyon, puwedeng mangyari ang dalawa nang sabay.

Dun tayo sa science.. Wag sa sabe sabe lang..

Ang paggamit ng fat-loss phases na sinusundan ng maintenance phases ay nakakatulong mabawasan ang diet fatigue, mapanatili ang training performance, at gawing mas sustainable ang long-term fat loss. Hindi ito magic, pero isa itong practical strategy na ginagamit ng maraming coaches at sinusuportahan ng sports nutrition literature.

Stop counting reps. Start mastering movement.

Kapag nagbubuhat ka, huwag puro bilang ng reps ang iniisip mo. Mas mahalaga ang movement quality kaysa sa number sa isip mo.

Sa sports science, ang tawag dito ay internal attentional cues o simpleng movement cues.

Mga paalala sa sarili kung paano dapat gumalaw ang katawan sa bawat rep.

Examples:
✔️ "Brace your core."
✔️ "Drive through your heels."
✔️ "Keep your chest up."
✔️ "Pull your elbows down."

Kapag mas maayos ang technique, mas napupunta ang load sa target muscle at nababawasan ang unnecessary stress sa joints.

Hindi ibig sabihin na hindi na mahalaga ang reps. Pero habang ginagawa mo ang bawat rep, ang focus mo dapat ay quality, hindi lang matapos ang bilang.

Train with intention, not just repetition. Every rep is practice. Make every rep count.

Kung ang goal mo ay lumiit ang tyan, tandaan na calorie deficit ang pangunahing dahilan kung bakit nababawasan ang body fat, hindi ang dami ng exercise.
