To everyone who has been part of the Talisay Triathlon journey—this is the time for us to come together.

Before the finish lines, the medals, the growing number of athletes, and the beautiful memories we now have of Talisay Triathlon, there were people who believed in the dream from the very beginning.

𝑺𝒊𝒓/𝑲𝒖𝒚𝒂 𝑩𝒐𝒃 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒐 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎.🥰

From Year 1 of Talisay Triathlon, 𝑲𝒖𝒚𝒂 𝑩𝒐𝒃 has been there—camera in hand, quietly moving around the course, capturing the sweat, the struggles, the triumphs, the laughter, and the moments that we would otherwise forget.

📸 𝑯𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒉𝒔. 𝑯𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚. ❤️

He witnessed the humble beginnings of Talisay Triathlon and helped preserve the memories that became part of who we are today. Through his lens, he gave athletes, volunteers, organizers, families, and the entire Talisay Triathlon community something priceless—the ability to look back and remember how it all began.

Today, 𝑲𝒖𝒚𝒂 𝑩𝒐𝒃 needs us.

He recently figured in a motorcycle accident and is now facing an operation and the expenses that come with it. And this time, we are the ones who can help capture a different kind of moment for him—the moment when a community comes together for one of its own.

🙏 𝗡𝗢𝗪, 𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣.

Whether you are an athlete who raced in Talisay, a volunteer who served on race day, a photographer who worked alongside him, a friend, a supporter, or simply someone who has been touched by the memories he helped create— 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗨𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗞𝗨𝗬𝗔 𝗕𝗢𝗕.

Our athletes conquered the First Legazpi Ibalong Triathlon 2026 and emerged as **1st Place Champions** in their respective age-group categories after completing the official triathlon distance of:

🌊 Swim – 1.5 km
🚴 Bike – 40 km
🏃 Run – 10 km

🥇 HEZRON VASQUEZ — AG Men 40–49 Champion
📍 Daet, Camarines Norte

🥇 AL UNDAZAN PIOQUINTO — AG Men 50–59 Champion
📍 Paracale, Camarines Norte

Their victory is a testament to discipline, endurance, courage, and countless hours of training. They did not only win a race—they brought honor and inspiration to **Daet, Paracale, and the entire Camarines Norte**.

Your triumph reminds us that determination and perseverance can overcome even the toughest course.
