Today's class focused on refining Kihon (basic techniques) and Kata through dedicated practice. Every movement helps develop precision, coordination, and confidence while reinforcing the values of discipline and respect.

Today’s training focused on improving punching techniques, sharpening footwork, and having fun while learning karate! 👏

Sunday Karate Class 🥋🧁🎊
Today in karate class, we practiced more katas, and each student performed individually on the mats. Everyone had a chance to showcase their skills and hard work. 🥋

We also celebrated Seve's 9th Birthday 🧁! The celebration included delicious karate-themed cupcakes and pizza 🍕, making it a fun and memorable day for everyone..🎊
