🥋 Sunday, August 30 – Karate Class
Today’s karate class was a great combination of strength, technique, and courage! 💪🔥

We started with plyometric exercises to strengthen the legs and improve explosiveness. We then reviewed all the Heian Katas, focusing on proper form, technique, and precision.

For the final part of the class, we had a Kumite session to develop the students’ courage, confidence, and ability to apply the techniques they’ve learned in a real sparring situation.

The class went very smoothly, and everyone was attentive and focused. They listened carefully to the explanations and corrections from our Sensei and were able to apply them during the Free Style Kumite. 🥋👊

Proud of everyone’s effort, discipline, and willingness to learn! Keep training, keep improving, and keep building that karate spirit! Osu! 🔥🥋

🥋 Saturday, August 29 — Karate Class

Today’s class was more on kicking techniques, especially Mawashi Geri and Ura Mawashi Geri. We worked on balance, control, speed, and power. 💪🔥

It’s also great to see more teenagers joining us! We’re having fun, training hard, and building:
