The 𝐔𝐏 𝐂𝐞𝐛𝐮 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐔𝐏𝐂𝐒𝐅) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 has proposed amendments to its Constitution and Bylaws to better define the Federation’s roles, responsibilities, procedures, and organizational processes.
