This Saturday, July 11, show up ready to bring good energy, steady effort, and the mindset to keep moving forward.
RUN FLOW
6:00 AM — Call Time
Arrive early, check in, warm up, and settle into the morning rhythm.
6:15 AM — Community Run Proper
Powered by Decathlon, Ayala Center Cebu
Run at your own pace, respect the route, and look out for one another.
6:15 AM — 5KM Pace 1
Led by Hance Maglasang — Ultramarathoner
6:30 AM — 5KM Pace 2
Led by Enicka Echavez — Full Marathoner
6:45 AM — 5KM Pace 3
Led by Shiela Patiño — ADMU Track and Field Team (UAAP, 2017–2021)
7:00 AM — 3KM Pace 3
Led by Francis Rondez — Half Marathoner
7:00 AM — Return to Venue
Cool down. Head back to Punched Coffee, where the momentum continues. Recover, reset, and reconnect.
7:00 AM–9:00 AM — Coffee Hangout, Music Session & Raffle
Stay for good coffee, great company, and a strong finish to the morning. Beats by DJ Kent.
Coffee orders may be claimed at the Punched Coffee counter by presenting your voucher.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Wear your Run and Groove III event shirt and represent the movement.
- Do not lose your voucher. It will serve as your raffle entry and is also required to claim your coffee order.
- Stay hydrated. Bring your own water bottle, run responsibly, and bring your best energy.
- Arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before call time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth program flow.
- Follow the designated route and listen to the pacers at all times for your safety.
- Respect your fellow participants. Keep the space positive, supportive, and community-driven.
- Dispose of your trash properly. Let's keep the venue clean.
- Secure your personal belongings. The organizers will not be liable for any lost or misplaced items.
- Take photos, tag us, and be part of the community.
