What a meaningful weekend it has been.
We arrived as strangers and left with new friendships, deeper connections, and stories that reminded us of our shared humanity. Through guided sharing circles, reflective journaling, gentle yoga practices, a nature-inspired yoga photoshoot, and moments of stillness surrounded by the beauty of nature, we created space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.
In a world that often moves too fast, this retreat offered a chance to slow down, listen deeply, and remember what truly matters.
Love Yoga Retreat extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined this reflective weekend. Thank you for your openness, trust, laughter, and willingness to share your journey. Special thanks to Teacher Paulo for beautifully facilitating the retreat and creating a supportive flow that allowed each participant to feel seen, heard, and connected.
A special thank you to The Preserve Tanay for providing a safe and nurturing space for our retreat. Surrounded by lush greenery, fresh mountain air, flowing waters, and peaceful natural landscapes, the venue offered the perfect environment to unplug from daily distractions and reconnect with what truly matters. The serenity of the place reminded us that healing, reflection, and growth often happen when we give ourselves permission to simply be present.
May the calm of the river, the wisdom of nature, and the warmth of community continue to guide you long after the retreat has ended. Until our paths cross again, may you carry this sense of presence, belonging, and connection wherever life takes you. đ

Riverside Yoga Retreat Batch 2 is happening this weekend at The Preserve Tanay â the perfect escape to celebrate the Independence Day long weekend surrounded by nature, stillness, and space to breathe.
This is more than just a weekend away. A yoga retreat is a reset button for the body and mind. It helps you slow down amid the noise of daily life, improve mental clarity, deepen your practice, and reconnect with your body more intentionally. Away from screens and schedules, your nervous system finally gets a chance to relax. You sleep better, breathe more deeply, and move with greater awareness. And most importantly, you come back home lighter â not just physically, but emotionally too.
Thereâs something powerful about stepping out of your routine and into nature. The quiet of the river, the grounding energy of the earth, and shared mindful practices naturally bring you back to yourself in ways city life rarely allows.
âSometimes you have to disconnect from everything to reconnect with yourself.â
This weekend is that pause. That breath. That return.

The Lake View Yin Yoga Retreat was a chill, light, and meaningful experience. The place itself naturally created a calming vibe â surrounded by nature, peaceful lake views, and moments of stillness that allowed everyone to slow down and breathe. It became a space not only to practice yin yoga but also to embrace solitude, reconnect with ourselves, and appreciate the beauty of the present moment.
Beyond the yoga sessions, it was filled with fun memories, laughter, candid conversations, spontaneous photos, and heartfelt sharing of life experiences with fellow students. From quiet sunrise reflections to joyful group moments, every part of the retreat reminded us that healing and happiness can coexist in the simplest moments.
On behalf of Love Yoga Retreat, we would like to sincerely thank all the students who joined us and shared their energy, stories, presence, and trust during this Lake View Yoga Retreat. Your presence made this experience more meaningful and memorable.

Before Love Yoga Retreat, there was â¨Divine Love Yoga Retreatâ¨
And honestly, the heart of it never changed.
It has always been about Love â love for yoga, meaningful connections, travel, nature, adventure, and finding your people along the way.
Throwback to these beautiful memories from almost 10 years ago. đ¸
We were blessed to bring more than 15 groups to Danjugan Island â a quiet paradise and protected marine reserve in Negros Occidental known for its rich biodiversity, turquoise waters, lagoons, coral reefs, and raw, untouched beauty. đđż
No fancy distractions. Just island sunsets, yoga, deep conversations, laughter, simple living, and moments that felt real.
Looking back, we may have changed names through the years, but the intention stayed the same:
creating experiences rooted in presence, connection, movement, and love. đ
Some journeys donât just become memories⌠they become part of who you are.

The Riverside Yoga Retreat at The Preserve Tanay may have only lasted a short time, but the memories, healing, and connections we created will stay in our hearts for much longer. đżâ¨
Beautifully guided by Teacher Paulo Leonido of Love Yoga Retreat, this gathering became more than just a retreatâit became a gentle reminder that sometimes all we need is to pause, breathe, and return to what truly matters.
We shared a peaceful sunset mindfulness walk, meaningful conversations, Journaling 101, nourishing food, laughter, silence, and moments of genuine connection. The beauty of the place, the calmness of nature, and the warmth of everyone present created a space that felt safe, honest, and deeply comforting.
For a while, the noise of everyday life faded. In its place came presence, gratitude, reflection, and the simple joy of being surrounded by kind souls.
To our Yoga Marikina students, thank you from the heart for joining the Riverside Yoga Retreat and for trusting us with your time, energy, and openness. Thank you for showing up exactly as you are, for sharing your stories, and for helping create a community rooted in kindness and acceptance.
Each one of you made this experience more meaningful than words can fully express.
As we return to our daily routines, may you carry with you the peace of the riverside, the lessons of stillness, and the reminder that you can always come home to yourself.
Until we meet again, keep choosing growth, healing, and love. đ¤
