PAYMENT TERMS :
50% Non-refundable reservation fee (Non-reschedule) to be paid thru Bank or GCash and balance on the day of check-in.

COMMON SWIMMING POOLS :
1 no. Adult Pool with Slide (Size 25 mtr long x 9 mtr wide, Depth 4ft to 5ft) - 1 no.
1 no. Children Pool with Slide (Size 15 mtr long x 5 mtr wide, Depth 3 ft) - 1 no.
Note : Swimming Pool Not Hotspring / Not Heated.

NOTE :
1) Proper Swim Wear is Required. Short Jeans & Short with Bottons are strictly not allowed.
2) Knives, Clubs, Pistol Gun, Taser Gun or any weapon is not allowed inside the Resort.
3) All types of Drugs and illegal substances are strictly not allowed inside the Resort. Any one caught bringing the illegal substances will be reported immediately to the nearest police station.
4) Gambling of any sort is not allowed inside the Resort.
5) Corkage Fee is Applicable for all types of Drinks (Except Water)
6) Free use of Griller if you will buy the Charcoal from the Resort. There will be a charge of 100.00 pesos if you will bring your own charcoal.
7) You may bring your pets (small breed dog only) but they won't be allowed to swim in the pool & must wear pamper while inside the Resort. The pets must have valid anti-rabies shot, which need to be shown at the gate
