When we started working together last year, she improved her half marathon PB from 2:50+ ➡️ 2:24.:10 by adding structure to her runs and incorporating strength workouts.
And now she just finished her first full marathon at the in 📍 FilInvest, Alabang, Muntinlupa last Feb 15,2026. 🏁🔥
