Going to the gym is hard. Saying “No” to processed food is hard.
But you know what else is hard when you’re 70 and have lost your freedom. Your freedom to travel without someone pushing you in a wheel chair. Your freedom to take a shower without a support worker.
Suddenly going to the gym and eating healthy doesn’t seem to bad 💯
