• Lead, coach, and support Patient Coordinators to achieve performance and quality goals⁣⁣
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback⁣⁣
• Ensure accurate and efficient appointment scheduling and patient coordination⁣⁣
• Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution⁣⁣
• Promote a professional, empathetic, and patient-centered experience⁣⁣
• Monitor KPIs such as call quality, speed to answer, patient flow, and scheduling accuracy⁣⁣
• Identify workflow issues and recommend process improvements⁣⁣
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams⁣⁣
• Provide regular updates on team performance, challenges, and trends⁣⁣

🔹 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁣⁣

• 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Senior Representative, or in a similar leadership role⁣⁣
• Experience in healthcare, patient coordination, scheduling, customer service, or a related field is preferred⁣⁣
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills⁣⁣
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities⁣⁣
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills⁣⁣
• Comfortable working with healthcare systems and technology⁣⁣
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities⁣⁣
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities⁣⁣

We're looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Patient Experience & Customer Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. If you enjoy solving problems, staying calm under pressure, and creating positive experiences for every patient, we'd love to meet you.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide outstanding customer service while ensuring every patient feels heard and supported.
• De-escalate difficult situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Accurately document patient interactions and maintain detailed patient records.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient concerns and follow up on requests.
• Adapt to new systems, workflows, and processes in a fast-growing healthcare environment.
• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
✔ 1 to 3+ years of customer service, patient support, healthcare administration, or similar experience.
✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
✔ Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
✔ Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional.
✔ Comfortable learning new software and healthcare systems.
✔ Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data entry.
✔ Able to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.

• On-site during the first year.
• Employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance may become eligible for a 𝗵𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 work arrangement after one year.
• Hybrid employees are expected to report 𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 for collaboration, coaching, and team engagement.
