The dust has settled, and the 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of the 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 have emerged!

Congratulations to all our finalists for an incredible display of critical thinking, principled advocacy, and eloquent discourse on human rights. After two days of rigorous debates, these teams rose to the top:

More than determining winners, the CICHRD reminds us that we debate not simply to win arguments, but to better understand our rights, our responsibilities, and the world we share.

HAPPENING NOW: Day 2 of the 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 began with an opening program with messages from Atty. Aurora Luanne R. Cembrano, CHR Caraga Regional Director, Mayor Lawrence Lemuel H. Fortun represented by Atty. Glenn Carampatana, a representative for Hon. Joseph Manuel L. Morcilla, SK Federation President of Butuan, and a representative from Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) Philippines.
