Pero ang pinaka-importante, nakita nato ang ilang determination ug eagerness nga makat-on. Bisan naa’y kahadlok ug challenges sa sinugdanan, wala sila ni-give up ug padayon gihapon sa pag-practice. 💪💙

Kay walay professional diver nga wala magsugod isip beginner. Ang matag maayo nga swimmer nagsugod sa basic, nagkamali, nag-practice, ug hinay-hinay nga nag-improve.

For today’s session, we focused on teaching the proper freestyle stroke technique—from body position, arm movement, kicking, breathing, and proper coordination. 💪✨
