The Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA) is the recognized National Sports Association (NSA) for Taekwondo in the Philippines, with recognition from the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), and World Taekwondo.

For parents and athletes, choosing the right Taekwondo academy is an important decision. Proper affiliation, qualified instruction, and a structured athlete-development pathway can help provide athletes with the right foundation as they progress in the sport.
