What better way to start August than being in a seminar here in Marikina joined by our new generation of athletes. 🦈

Last Saturday, our very own Coach Luigi had the opportunity to discuss the importance of sports psychology with athletes and coaches during uno_fitness’ first seminar, spearheaded by Coach Julo.
