Tonight’s English Communication for VAs session is officially done and what a great way to kick things off.

JC Santos of Speech Coach shared practical lessons on communicating with more clarity, confidence, and professionalism, especially when working with international clients. No pretentious English. No trying to sound like somebody else. Just learning how to express yourself better, speak with intention, and make sure the value you bring actually comes across.
