⚠️ PUBLIC ADVISORY ⚠️
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ALL WATER-RELATED ACTIVITIES
In view of the prevailing Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which has resulted in rough seas, strong winds, and hazardous marine conditions within the coastal waters of the Municipality of Mabini, Batangas, the public is hereby ADVISED that all water-related activities are TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED until conditions are deemed safe.
The suspension covers, but is not limited to:
• Diving and snorkeling
• Swimming and other recreational water activities
• Recreational boating and sea tours
• Fishing and other non-essential maritime activities
• Other tourism-related activities conducted in municipal waters
All residents, tourists, dive operators, boat operators, resort owners, tourism establishments, and other concerned stakeholders are directed to strictly observe this advisory and refrain from conducting activities that may place persons at risk.
The suspension shall remain in effect until lifted through a subsequent official advisory.

🚫 𝙎𝙐𝙎𝙋𝙀𝙉𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝘿𝙄𝙑𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙒𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙍 𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙑𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙀𝙎 🚫
In view of the prevailing weather conditions brought about by Typhoon Inday and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), as reported by PAGASA, all diving operations, island hopping, swimming, snorkeling, boating, and all other water-related activities in the Municipality of Mabini, Batangas are hereby CANCELLED effective today, 10 July 2026, until further notice.
PAGASA has advised that Typhoon Inday and the enhanced Habagat continue to bring rains, strong winds, and rough sea conditions over parts of the country, posing risks to all marine and coastal activities. The safety of residents, tourists, dive operators, and all sea travelers remains the Municipality's highest priority.
The public is advised to monitor official advisories from PAGASA and Mabini's official social media for further updates.
