Congrats once again to the winners of the EVW Sports Asia King of the Table SEA 2026 tournament and the East vs West SEA Qualifiers 2026 supermatches in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

Israel Ekid, James Rohan Cruz, Josh Nicholas, and Mark Luis Ben were originally chosen to represent us at the EvW26 King of the Table in China on September 11–12. However, due to an unfortunate injury sustained during the tournament, James Rohan Cruz has opted to step down. Massive respect to Rohan for making such a wise and mature choice. An athlete's health is always the number one priority, and we wish him a swift and complete recovery!

In light of Rohan's absence, we are shifting his sponsorship to cover hotel accommodations for the first 6 athletes who confirm they are self-funding their travel. The categories for King of the Table China are Juniors, Seniors, and Masters, all on both arms following official EVW Sports weight classes.

If you are 100% confirmed to go, please reach out to one of our community leaders, such as Mark Luis Ben, Calvin Santos, Kerchaten Abraham Jr., Vinz Roi Chiong, or any member of the team that attended Sabah. This allows us to include your name in the official invitation letter from the organizers and feature you on the final team poster to help boost your visa approval chances.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: TEAM PHILIPPINES TO DEBUT AT THE WAF WORLD ARMWRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Armwrestling Philippines formally announces the nation's inaugural participation in the World Armwrestling Federation (WAF) 47th World Armwrestling and 28th World Para Armwrestling Championships. The international tournament will take place in Delhi, India, from October 26th to November 7th, 2026.

This milestone event marks the first time the Republic of the Philippines will be officially represented on the grandest global stage in the sport. To ensure a competitive campaign, Armwrestling Philippines has meticulously selected the country's strongest athletes with the highest potential to secure medals in our historic debut.
