COACH FRANCIS NEEDS OUR HELP
Last May 18 2026, between 5:30pm to 8pm a quadruple series of seizure was experienced by our Coach Francis. 2 of the seizures while at workplace (at North Fitness Hub) and another 2 at the hospital.
As an active person, for the first time in his 62 years of existence he was admitted in the hospital. After 3 days in the hospital with all the labs, scans and tests, his Cardiologist diagnosed he needed a Pacemaker and recommeded to be operated as soon as possible finances are available for the operation. The total amount P250,000.

He is known to be one of the pillars of our city's (Bacolod City,Philippines) fitness industry. More than 40 years of teaching, guiding and helping people towards accomplishing health and fitness goals.
The trainer of Champions, the molder of Beauty Queens, Strict but Cool in his fitness classes and training supervisions, a Great Mentor, and a human with a humongous heart for Animals taking care a small Animal shelter for Dogs, Cats, Fishes and Birds. His most admirable character- the Healer (as Physical Therapist, for decades he has been rehabbing and handling patient/clients who's with medical conditions for FREE).
