𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗦 😩

Do you feel off every Monday or at the start of the work week? You're not alone, and it’s more serious than you think!

According to a study in the Medical Journal of Australia in 2015, “Mondayitis” can be referred to as a vague but very real cluster of symptoms, such as fatigue, irritability, headache, and muscle pain, that often strikes on the first working day after time off.

Whether following a weekend or a holiday, sufferers may feel unmotivated, disheveled, and eager to skip work. Though the exact cause remains unclear, researchers believe it stems from a complex mix of genetic predispositions and psychological stress.

A University of Hong Kong study even found that anxiety about Mondays correlates with elevated cortisol levels, a stress hormone linked to various illnesses, even in retirees. While not deadly, Mondayitis causes widespread distress and deserves serious attention.

"There's a rainbow always after a rain." 🌈

𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗕𝗢𝗪𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗖𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗦 🌈

Seeing a rainbow can feel like nature’s reward after a fierce thunderstorm, something is soothing about spotting a vibrant arc stretching across the clearing sky. But rainbows aren’t actually arches or “bows” at all, they're full circles.

Rainbows form when sunlight enters water droplets, slows down, and bends, splitting into different colors. Each droplet acts like a tiny prism, but you only see one color per droplet.

So why do we only see part of them? The answer lies in perspective. From the ground, the Earth’s surface and horizon block the bottom half of the circle. To witness a rainbow in its complete circular form, you'd need a higher viewpoint, like from an airplane or a mountaintop.
