Great news! We're getting everything ready for our next parkrun, and we want to make sure it's at the best time for YOU!

We're trying to decide between a fresh morning run to kickstart the day or a cool evening run to unwind.

Here are the two options:

Assembly: 5:00 AM

⏰ Gun Start: 5:00 AM – ON THE DOT!

🚫 NO “FILIPINO TIME” – Once the clock strikes 5:00 AM, we start running. No waiting, no delays. Be there early or you’ll miss the start.

💡 Reminders for all runners:
✅ Take care of yourself – listen to your body, hydrate, and run at your own pace.
✅ Do not litter – keep our route clean and beautiful.
✅ Look out for your fellow runners – encourage each other and be aware of your surroundings.

⏰Gun Start: 5:00am – STRICTLY ON TIME.
⛔ Filipino time will NOT be observed – once we start, we start.

Parkrun is, and always will be, free. All you need to do is register once on the Parkrun website to get your personal barcode. No barcode, no time!

💪 IT'S YOU VS. YOU
This isn't a race! The only person you're competing with is the you from yesterday. Walk, jog, run, or volunteer – we celebrate every single participant. It's all about your personal journey and having fun.

💧 BRING YOUR OWN HYDRATION
