Argao Arnis Associations proudly conducted a short program and demonstration at Argao National High School in preparation for their upcoming School Intramurals. 🥋

Our dedicated Arnisadors showcased their skills in Anyo Single Weapon and Sparring.

The presentation aimed to introduce and promote Arnis to the learners, while encouraging those who are interested and willing to join and participate in Arnis events during the upcoming intramurals.

We also had the opportunity to share with the students the achievements and experiences we have gained over the past two years, hoping to inspire them to discover Arnis and become part of the sport.

A heartfelt thank you to Sir Arnel L. Enoc for his effort and for giving us the opportunity to perform and share Arnis with the learners. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the officers and parents who were present and supported the program.

BaganiX Camp 1.0, launched alongside AFA Boot Camp 3.0 and in collaboration with MSWD and Argao Sports Commission, culminates in a thrilling mini-tournament! 🏆

Arnisadors showcased their skills in anyo and combat rounds, putting into practice their learnings from the month-long camp. From mastering traditional Arnis fundamentals like striking, blocking, and footwork to embracing cultural immersion, physical conditioning (agility, coordination, and stamina), and brotherhood & discipline - these young athletes have grown stronger in body and spirit! 💪
