ALTA christmas party 2024.

Merry Christmas and Happy new Year.

The 1st Argao Fiesta Cup Tennis Tournament held last August 31 - September 1, 2024 organized by the Argao Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA) was a resounding success, bringing together players, tennis enthusiasts and spectators from different municipalities across the province and neighboring islands. The tournament featured competitive matches in various categories showcasing both emerging talent and seasoned athletes.

The opening ceremony was highlighted with the presence of Mayor Allan M. Sesaldo, Vice - Mayor Atty Orvi G. Ortega and some Sangguniang Bayan Members. "This tournament not only celebrates athletic excellence but also unites us as a community, " Mayor Sesaldo stated. His passionate speech resonated with players and spectators alike, reinforcing the town's commitment to supporting local sports initiatives. He also announced support for future tournaments and sports opportunities.

The tournament concluded with an awarding ceremony and an invitational games on Sept 20&21, celebrating not only for those who emerged victorious but also for every single player who participated and made the event exciting and energy-packed. The support from the Local Goverment Unit of Argao embodied the true spirit of Argaowanon hospitality ,warm accommodation and commitment that ensures a wider horizon for tennis in Argao.
