Children are incline & prone to do BAD. Just neglect a child and they will naturally do & become BAD. It is because of their sin-full nature.
Child(ren) badly needed to be taught, disciplined & trained to do GOOD.
If you don't, they won't.
PRAYERS alone can't do it.

There is undeniable wisdom in this truth. The lessons absorbed within the home are the very foundations of a child’s character. The way they are raised, corrected and guided by their parents echoes in how they treat authority, classmates and even themselves once they step into school. Respect, responsibility, and discipline are not habits that suddenly emerge when formal education begins; they are first planted and nurtured in the home environment.

When parents tolerate backtalk, allow constant disobedience, or fail to set boundaries, those unchecked behaviors will inevitably manifest in the classroom. A teacher, no matter how passionate or skilled, cannot instantly erase years of permissiveness or neglect. Without discipline rooted at home, children struggle to recognize rules, submit to authority and exercise self-control. If they do not learn respect in the family, they will find it nearly impossible to extend it toward their teachers or peers.

This is why the partnership between parents and teachers is indispensable. Education is not solely about books, numbers, or grades; it is about forming human beings with strong values and good judgment. Teachers are entrusted with only a fraction of a child’s time, but parents are the constant presence shaping their worldview and habits. A home that upholds boundaries with consistency, demonstrates mutual respect and practices firm yet loving discipline builds a child prepared not only for school but for life itself.

Discipline is not about fear or cruelty, it is about teaching responsibility, cultivating self-restraint and modeling the kind of character society needs. It involves setting expectations with clarity, correcting mistakes with patience and firmness and showing children by example the importance of respect and accountability. When this balance is lived out at home, children carry these lessons with them into the classroom, making the learning process smoother, relationships healthier and growth more sustainable.

Ultimately, the school reflects the home. Teachers can enrich, inspire and guide but the deepest formation begins within the family. Parents must fulfill their role so teachers can fulfill theirs. A child raised with discipline at home becomes a student easier to teach, a peer easier to live with, and eventually, an adult better prepared to lead with integrity and compassion.
