Starting September, Flow BJJ Antipolo will now have regular SATURDAY CLASSES!!! This is made especially for those who are busy during weekdays so you can train more!

Saturday Gi Class
- 6-8PM - Kids Class
- 6-8PM - Teens and Adults Class
- 8-9PM - Teens and Adults Open Mat

Training fee - P350

Saturday Classes are included in our unlimited monthly promo of P3500 per month.

Saturday Classes are open for beginners and first-timers. Just message us to register!

Gi rentals are also available for P150. Kindly message us in advance so we can check gi availability and size.
