⛳ RAIN CHECK POLICY

For Rain Check Requests

Guests must proceed to the golf course so that the course management can assess the weather and playing conditions.

Please note:

• The golf course has the sole authority to determine whether a rain check, rescheduling, or refund will be granted.

• Guests must obtain a signed confirmation from the golf course stating that a rain check, rescheduling, or refund has been approved.

• Without the golf course's signed approval, no refund or date change can be processed.

• If the golf course declares the course playable, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

• If a guest does not report to the golf course, the booking will be considered a NO SHOW. No refund will be given.

The Vista Country Club, New Clark City

Good morning, golfers!

As of this time, there is no indication of a major tropical cyclone directly affecting New Clark City before Wednesday. However, due to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), weather conditions may change quickly, with possible rain showers and thunderstorms throughout the day.

The golf course remains playable, but all golfers are advised to monitor the weather and follow the official guidance of The Vista Country Club regarding any rain check, rebooking, refund, or cancellation.

Golf Advisory for Today's Bookings

Please come prepared by bringing:

- ☂️ Your own umbrella or rain jacket
- 👕 An extra change of clothes in case of rain

As of now, the weather is good, but there is still a chance of rain later in the day, so please be prepared.

Important Reminder:

If it rains and you have a confirmed booking, you must still proceed to the golf course and wait for the official rain check. The golf course management will determine whether your booking qualifies for a rain check, rebooking, refund, or cancellation, depending on the course conditions.

If you do not report to the golf course, your booking will automatically be marked as a no-show.

Please continue to check the weather before leaving for the golf course, as conditions can change at any time.

I'd also like to share that The Vista Country Club is planning to renovate and expand the locker room to provide a better experience for all our guests. The renovation date has not been finalized yet, but we look forward to sharing updates once the schedule is confirmed.

Regarding bookings, we would also like to clarify that we are not currently affiliated with Clark Heaven. We may work together in the future, but as of now, we do not have any partnership or communication regarding bookings.
